I also have misophonia and sleep with a fan, and I know you managed to solve the it’s-cold-but-white-noise-tho problem, but I just wanted to mention a fan noise app called SleepFan. It’s great for traveling and really cold nights. Sorry if this was weird or intrusive

I’m such a problem solver
I needed white noise but it’s too cold to have my fan running, so I put it on and threw a blanket over it to keep it from blowing cool air!
This will be great for sleeping in the winter
