Basically anytime a wolf or dog acted weird, people would go “goddammit moon moon” and it was a fun time. I’m explaining this very poorly but basically it’s an ancient meme about a wolf.
Fenrys got dragged into it because
a) his animal form is a white wolf and
b) his last name is Moonbeam
So Moonbeam + wolf = moon moon

I remember the post when it had 2k notes.

lollll sorry krissy but it is pretty ancient if this many people don’t know about it XD (but also not ancient as in age, but more in recognition. Moon moon as a meme died quite a while ago, and newer fresher memes have taken its place. Memes age at light speed these days )

When the Thirteen died was when I cried the heaviest, but I I actually cried the most (in terms of number of times) for Evangeline. I don’t think there was a single scene with here where I didn’t get choked up at least a little bit.
I think mostly because she reminds me so much of my younger sister, that I was picturing my sister in those situations she was in. I basically replaced every time “Evangeline” was written with “Laurie” 😂
But Evangeline’s scenes were also sad in a way the others weren’t because Evangeline, while she has been through a lot and is more mature than other children might be, is still a young child. Again and again she has had her freedom to act like a child ripped away. So to see her blabber on about her day and jump around and wear a Crochan cloak to bed—to see her get to act like a child… that made me get so emotional.
She flung out a hand, as if she might signal them, as if they might somehow help her when she was nothing but an invisible speck of power— The winged male, beautiful beyond reason, snapped his head toward her as she arced across his starry sky. He lifted a hand, as if in greeting. A blast of dark power, like a gentle summer night, slammed into her. Not to attack—but to slow her down. A wall, a shield, that she tore and plunged through.
