The full sleeve art for the Barnes & Noble edition of Kingdom of Ash!
I was honored to be involved in the final installment, both Sarah and the series definitely shaped my life a little bit. Hope you all enjoy the final book!
I’m popping back in to this blog for a bit… I hope I don’t regret it
Just poppin’ in during this semi-hiatus for a quick min…
The Cruel Prince… Almost all the art I’ve seen of Jude shows her hair styled into horns. Unless I missed something, this style was worn once at the beginning of the story. Is everyone just fascinated by the idea? Or did I actually skip a section where it mentioned she wore it often?? Help a girl out.
I’m totally guilty of this! But I think it’s just common because it’s so recognizable. You see the hair horns and instantly know it’s Jude, not just one of the many other brown-haired characters. And they’re just super cool so why not *shrug*
@foxboylucien Makes sense. Before I read the book I knew who it was every time, so you’re absolutely right. But let’s say I get some time to draw and I *don’t* do the horns, will ppl be like “naaah just not right”???
I would LOVE to see her without the horns! She had some rockin looks throughout the book that would be awesome to actually see
temporarily moving
Tumblr is great for when I’m bored, just not when spoilers are circulating. To avoid the danger and still have somewhere to go when I have nothing to do, I’m logging out of this blog and into a temporary blog– @temporary-foxboy
please send any messages or asks to there, and keep me occupied!
I will check back in here every so often, maybe reblog a few things if it’s safe, but will basically be inactive until I finish koa.
