SCHWAB WEEK [DAY 2] » FAVORITE CHARACTER: DELILAH BARD (A DARKER SHADE OF MAGIC)
Lila Bard was a force to be reckoned with. Whether her hands were filled with knives or fire, her voice low and coaxing or lined with steel, she seemed to hold the world in her hands. Maybe she did. After all, she’d already taken two Londons as her own. She was a thief, a runaway, a pirate, a magician. She was fierce, and powerful, and terrifying. She was still a mystery.
So there’s gotta be some way to get the fandom creating more content, since everyone’s sad that it’s been dead (just a part of the fandom cycle, but it’s still no fun)
I propose we start some sort of biweekly (?) creating theme, sort of similar to the monthly WeAreACOTAR themes! For example, over the next two weeks we could all share some sort of content of our favourite quote from ACOTAR (art, edit, drabble, lettering), then we could do TOG quotes, then favourite character or something, and so on. It’s kind of like events in networks, except it’s open to the entire fandom.
Is this something you guys think could work?
Is anyone interested in trying to organize it with me?
And that’s how you go on. You lay laughter over the dark parts. The more dark parts, the more you have to laugh. With defiance, with abandon, with hysteria, any way you can.
If someone doesn’t tell you they “love you, most ardently” in the pouring rain while looking at your lips like they desperately want to kiss you then what even is the point
I remember very clearly that when I was 3 years old I thought Uptown Girl by Billy Joel was about a super hero… my heart was broken when I found out it wasn’t
please let this be a fucking glitch of getting notified when someone reblogs a thing you had once been tagged in because this is really driving me crazy and if it’s a fucking update im gonna throw my phone 🙃
