Okay, lets be honest, Aelin is gonna be back on that throne in the next book in all her unyielding glory. I wanted to draw the moment before she steps outside to greet her Kingdom. Of her thinking about the brutal road she had to make it here, and now shes finally returned home, reluctant or eager (Who knows).
And that crown. HELLO! Can I have it? For reals though? Someone make it for me. 😉
Will probably come back and visit it in the future, but for now, Im super excited on how it turned out!
